For projects requiring the most powerful pre-sale advantage, deeper client engagement, or investor presentation assets, we offer the following advanced visualization services.
All Add-Ons are quoted individually to ensure maximum alignment with your project’s goals, budget, and required level of detail.
These visualization add-ons build on our interior design work, using 3D assets to communicate the spaces more clearly. We are not a dedicated architectural visualization studio, so results may differ from large ArchViz firms, but they are always crafted to support your project’s design, story, and goals.
3D Walkthrough Animation (Add-on)
Starting from $500 CAD
Base package includes:
- One edited walkthrough video of up to 30 seconds in total
- 1080p HD resolution
- Simple camera paths at standard eye level with basic cuts between shots
Base package does not include:
- Dynamic environment changes or object motion
- Depth of field effects, zoom shots, complex camera movements or bird’s eye views
- These advanced options are not included in the base rate and will be quoted separately if requested
Pricing is calculated based on the number spaces that appear in the animation.
8K Immersive VR 360° Interior Views
Individual panoramic viewpoints designed for immersive viewing on desktop, mobile, and VR headsets.
Individual panoramas can be linked together into an interactive VR tour that allows users to jump between different rooms or viewpoints.
If a continuous multi-viewpoint tour is required, an additional setup fee will apply for linking the scenes and configuring hotspot navigation, as these steps involve separate tour setup beyond the individual panorama images.
Includes:
- 8K 360° interior panorama image
- Optimized lighting and material setup
- Basic hotspot navigation between viewpoints within the same unit
- A shareable web link for viewing on desktop, mobile or compatible VR headsets in an immersive mode

Branded 3D Plan Brochures
Starting from $150 CAD, final pricing based on the number of pages and layout variations required.
We create branded, print ready marketing brochures using interior 3D renderings and 3D floor plans, giving your project clear, visually driven material for pre sale and pre leasing.
These brochures help buyers and tenants understand layouts, finishes and circulation before construction, so you can start marketing earlier and move units faster. Delivered as high resolution, print ready PDF files (printing not included).
